Called this shop Friday, 3/22 when a woman picked up. I asked if the shop had a certain item in stock before making the trip. The woman told me she’d call me back and hung up on me. Terrible customer service! No, I did not receive a call back! I wounded up going 30 minutes out of the way to Smoke City Gallery in Roselle, NJ where they had no problem at all checking their inventory before I stopped by to pick up my item. I’m here because of the customer service that was provided. The lady was very helpful and she wanted me to get to know the product before I purchased it. She gave me enough time without hesitation and explained me about the product that I wanted. One star down because photography of the products was prohibited.
