Smoke Shop, Kratom Bar & CBD Dispensary Vibez Vapor 2

My boyfriend and I have come here for about a year or so and today i realized this girl who rung me up totally scammed me by charging me 64.49 for an 8 oz white maeng da bag which was priced on the bag as 49.99. She complimented me on my makeup while I was trying to pay so I felt kind of distracted plus she didn’t give me a receipt and I was in a rush but I don’t expect people to be dishonest and try to steal money! She had eyeliner and black hair with little diamonds around her eyes… I actually got the same thing on April 2nd for 59.11 which was still seeming overpriced if that’s just taxes added on?? This is the only thing I bought, both times. Make them give you a receipt for your purchases if you even decide to go here which I wouldn’t recommend anymore. Never coming back that’s for sure!!! Btw, if management is looking at this review, you should check into your girl unless it’s a complete operation for you all to be stealing?? Smh Make it make sense!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Vibez Vapor 2. I purchased a battery for a cartridge and when I tried to return it, the staff refused to accept it. They were unhelpful and dismissive, Customer service is non-existent here. I would not recommend shopping here if you expect any level of support or accountability. The owner Tariq stated they won't return an item that is not defective. I told him I did not like the "pull" from it. He took a cartridge off the shelf, put it in his mouth to test it and placed it back on the shelf. Finally, they do not have any signs or anything in writing what the return policy is. He said it is "normally posted" I wonder who will purchase the one he tested on my vape. Sorry to be them.
