We went in to find an ash tray and found so much more. The shop is very organized and well-stocked. The young man, Blaine, that helped us was very nice and patient with us. We will definitely be back!!!

Small store, but has a lot of items other shops don't normally have. Sweet quiet guy with tattoos helped us and was super nice even though I kept asking for items they didn't have. 😉 Bought a cute iridescent piece, but saw a lot of heady glass I wanna come back for.

Amazing shop. Prices are great and they have everything you would possibly need from a smoke shop. Lots of options for whatever it is you're looking for. If they don't have it, they can usually order it for you. The customer service is fantastic as well. They go above and beyond to ensure you get what you need and leave happy. Best smoke shop in the North Houston area. Definitely worth checking out.

I’m going to be completely honest. Being a customer is far much better then an employee. The level of treatment is completely different when on the other side of the counter. I’ve been shopping at this location for awhile so why not pick up some part time hours and work for them? Plus I love hookah in particular but when came to being trained by manager Paul King it was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Let me tell you…there’s something seriously wrong with this guy. Very inpatient and immature. 3 days in training and already getting an attitude with me on how I work register and handle customers but the customers had no issue with me so where’s the problems? Hangs up the phone in my face when I really needed help. As for other employees James and Patrick were very honest and cool. Completely understand and even agreed with me. I already have another full time job and also a manager there but I don’t talk to my employees the way he did. Please, if you are looking for work DO NOT come to smoke shop plus for a job. Paying $9 an hour for fu#%ery and this bad treatment?!?! Owner Cosmos…thanks for opportunity but may be time to reconsider this guy employment and replace him before he runs everybody away!! I don’t wish no I’ll will on this shop because being a customer is great but an employee is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
