They knowingly sell products that don’t work and won’t allow for refunds or exchanges. I attempted to speak to management but the attendant refused to provide their information. Horrible experience will never be shopping there again and I suggest you don’t either.

I went in for a vape battery and the guy didn’t seem to know about any of them, but sold me one without a charger (I had to turn around and buy a $5 charger) so I spent more than $20 on a battery that broke within 24 hours. I won’t be shopping here again.

Google hours are incorrect or staff closes early and doesn't update hours accordingly. Im regular customer like this place but theyre constantly closing earlier than usual. Drove 20 miles for nothing, in on a sunday 953pm hours online showed shop open until 10pm... Other customer arrived around the time we arrived and were also turned away.... Will check other spots in the area as this problem is recurring. Sad.

TERRIBLE staff. No customer service, rude and when asked to get the manager, he refused. AND the vape I had bought prior to all of that, didn’t even work. DO NOT GO.
