Bought a vape does not work properly and the young guy with long hair told me it's nothing they can do for me I told him as much as I come in here you can't do anything for me that terrible so I will be spending my money somewhere else for now on I recommend you go to the shop on walzem Rd hidden leaf smoke shop they were very polite and said they guarantee all the products if anything goes wrong or leaks out of your vape bring it back they will replace and prices are cheaper....

My friend and I visited a store about a week ago expecting just another strip mall ecig shop, but we were so wrong in a good way!
The store is amazing! Interesting design, wide variety of products, great atmosphere!
The sales associate Katrina did an awesome job explaining the details about the products.
She was very helpful. I don’t believe we would find what we needed without her assistance.
We will definitely be back. 5 starts well deserved!!!!

Love this shop! You see Nickie's name a lot because she's really just that awesome. Came in and she helped me through the whole process. She's was very knowledgeable, kind, and very patient with me. I loved my experience and definitely will be coming back to this location!

Nickie was extremely helpful and up beat. Very knowledgeable! She also made sure to address people as they came in which I thought was awesome. It's a lost art in customer service which is my reason for the 5 stars!
