Every time I go in the morning. Goggle says it's open but they are closed. There's someone here but they won't open. Smh

Purchase a liquid product MIT 45 a small bottle two different occasions back to back. With no liquid product inside the small bottle. I explained to the gentleman, he was unable to call his and had no interest in doing the right thing for customer. So I asked for the company number and the phone did not work inside the smoke shop to call and get ahold of anybody. Sucks to get robbed like that. Horrible!

Great service!! Best shop around. Staff is helpful and always friendly, especially Thelma.. they make you feel welcome & that says a lot. They consider customer service very important and it shows. I’ve always left feeling satisfied with their products and they’ll make sure you are happy with your purchase before leaving. Overall probably the best store around town!!

Bought 2 defective esco bars back to back days from here and they refused to give me a replacement. Steer clear. Wasn't even asking for a refund just asking them ti do what was right. Their no refunds/no exchanges sign doesn't justify them robbing people.
