I love this place and Vina especially! Very family oriented people and their products are eye catching, it even smells so good and the vibe and the music here are 100. Always coming back to this place. Overall, the best shop in all over Missouri and Kansas City Detroit area hands down!!

Karson is quite an excellent salesperson, and genuinely cared about setting me up the right way. I will keep returning as long as Karson is working for Smoke Tokz. Good guy. Good vibes.

Bought a disposable, left and first hit started burning the coil came back and they wouldnt switch it out. I get the policy but there are times when stuff over rules a policy that was only in place to prohibit people from stealing. The customer service is terrible, wouldn't buy anything here again.

Went in to get a Quick Fix Plus & asked the lady if I can see the box, I pointed it out & she didn’t take it off the shelf. Then asked her whats the difference between the UPASS & The Quick Fix so I can see the comparison. She read it for herself not out loud for me to hear or even gave me a chance to touch the box until I made a purchase. I’ve never been to a smoke shop where I asked for an item & don’t even get a chance to check it out for myself.

Do not purchase glass from here. It is all extremely cheap and overpriced. If you do purchase glass, make sure to inspect thoroughly before taking home. The bowl for the piece was cracked on the stem. The bong itself does not function properly. Two percolators in the piece and only one works. I brought it back only a couple hours after purchasing and they couldn’t even tell me no, just sorry. I was willing to pay the difference for a liver piece from them but they denied that as well. $150 piece that functions like $60 beaker. They also did not mention that it is buy as you see it or their return policy, which does not exist. I have always liked coming to Smoke Tokz for other smoking needs, so it is sad they are not more accommodating to the people who support them. P.S. I did not use the piece, I only filled it with water and that is when I could tell the top chamber does not hold water ergo the top percolator would not function and where the bowl sits, would overflow with water. ***Edit*** Manager was able to help us out, told us to come by the shop the next day to exchange the piece with something of equal value. Took this offer up and am happy with the exchange. 4 stars b/c while the manager was awesome and caring, the two employees we interacted with face to face did not seem to care about customer service or their product & sales.
