Stopped for a disposable vape which I never buy and am not familiar with. The lady behind the counter quickly assessed my need, offered several products at different price points, and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes. KUDOS Smoke Town for your obvious emphasis on customer service!

If it would allow me to give 0 stars I definitely would I've been here 2xs and each time this young lady with long hair works and she is the most rude person I've ever dealt with when it comes to customer service, I will never go here again. The owner needs to hire someone with better CS skills that's not so dang rude.

Went in to look for something he didn't have it so he just walked off he didn't care if we were there or not I will never go back

Woman locked doors to go next door, states they sale the same wraps at the liquor store. They only carry the 2 packs of zig zags in the liquor store, but they have the 4 packs in the smoke shop. She tells me they don't have 4 packs when they most definitely do. I try to show her, and she refuses to listen, so I tell her I won't be back but yes, I'm looking thru the window at the item I wanted! Terrible way to treat customers. Usually, this is a good spot, but now I won't be back due to her rudeness!!!
