Usually shop at this store and have a great experience. Today I went buy a new vaporizer and asked the cashier to show me which cart would fit the one I had picked out. The shop attendant pointed me to row of carts he said would fit. I checked out and finished paying when he asked if I wanted to try the vaporizer out and I said ok. The cart did not fit. The worker then asked if I wanted to buy something that would fit. I said no and asked for a refund or an exchange on the cart, I was told that’s not store policy. Now I could see if the purchase I had made was my fault , BUT for it to be one of the employees and to try and have me spend money to fix the mistake he made is absolutely outrageous.

I definitely recommend this location the team they have in that store are amazing very attentive and actually take the time to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for I appreciate how I come in and get out you guys keep up the great work y'all definitely got y'all a new life time customer

Well I’ve been working on Edgewood for about 8 months and the status of this smoke shop now, since the new management has taken over-IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The staff is absolutely amazing but what more do you expect someone to do when their higher ups are not providing them resources. There is minimal products, they have not had snacks in about 3 months, the sodas are flat and the coffee is expired. They overwork the staff and want to bring in their people but this is Atlanta and we respond to familiar faces, stop trying to gentrify areas that work well for this areas demographic. It has absolutely went down when just a few months ago the business was booming. With the reputation they once had, the state they are in now is disappointing. KEEP THE STAFF- LOSE THE NEW MANAGEMENT!

Everytime I go in this store I spend more than 70 bucks. On the last night I was there the guy with dreads was working. I went to the bathroom since the line was long and was going to purchase my items when I came out. If you’re a woman it is very unsafe. One guy said I could use the bathroom and the other came to the bathroom As I was about to use it, no knock or anything. And I will be reporting this part. And basically yelled at me for using the bathroom. I never used the bathroom went to the long line to wait and buy my stuff the guy starts yelling at me he snatched my friends items out of her hands and wouldn’t let her pay. I’ve seen this guy give away free stuff as I was purchasing stuff before. I’ve seen him pocket money before. Only crackheads work at this place. I’d love to see this business replaced for something more professional like X-hale city. I hope the owners can fix the place and hire more professional people. This place went downhill since the guy with the dreads start working there. He’s so rude.
