I was one of the first reviews for this place at 5 stars!! I was a happy camper when this place came to Roswell and to compete with the closest place over by the Barnwell Kroger The Smoke Factory which caters to a very young crowd and sold me disposable vapes that burnt after only a few days so I am skeptical they were bogus knockoffs which is common these days unfortunately. So I loved this store the Sonny girl that worked there was cool and they had it all and decent prices even offering 10 percent off when first opened. Well this has all changed and I mean ALL CHANGED...went in a while back and a total of 3 bad trips there well 2 and the last one was weird not bad. but here goes.... about 2 months ago went in there looking for a Orion Vape by Lost Vape Company. The guy frizzle fry we will call him....Well Frizzle was for shizzle when he told me the $27.99 plus tax for this disposable vape ORION by LOST VAPE. Cant curse here but I did in the store in my head like said to my self to them F... to the U silently and turned around and walked out s=and just said ok cool thanks but I wanted to get pissed or upset but I do not get like that anymore or at least know they can charge what they want its not my place...I get it ok well what a freaking RIP OFF! They are everywhere for 15-13.99 even $20 the highest priced down the street at the SHELL and that's ok not a problem $20 is cool...Its a convenience store.. THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL ALL WITHING A FEW MONTHS. the next trip was one that I do not want to get into but lI promise you they lost a good customer and maybe not there every week but I have spent over $800 there since they opened and I'm loyal to say the least until you piss me off. The lady I believe Hindu like from INDIA or wherever ... that's not relevant a nationality (this is so someone there can lknmow who this rude mean old Duncan of a biodot wITCH LOOKING doctor ex mistresss uncles wife is.........starting to get pissed tthibking of it. NOT GOING TO WASTE MY TIME ITS GIVING ME A FLASBACK OF WHY I HATE THIS PLACE AND HAVE STEERED MY 3 FRIENDS AND 1 THATS 4 AWAY FROM THERE OVERPRICES AND RUDE NOW. rude WHEN I SAY RUDE THE MEANING IS RUDE! THE GIRL WITH THE DOG WAS VERY NICE, THIS WAS LIKE HET BOSS OR THE OWNER. i JUST WANTED TO CLARIFY THAT I assume an owner since the other girl looked like a normal employee and WAS EMBARRASED THAT OLDER LADY WAS SO SO SO SO SO RUDE! THATS IT BYE NEVER WILL WALK IN YOUR CRAPPY STORE !!! never...NERVER.........n e v e r.....NEVER...again OR AGAIN!

It Looks Like a great store but 3 times now I’ve tried to come here and it states they open at 10am but they door is locked and the store is not open… it’s 10:21am right now. I won’t be back.

Just stopped by smoke world today and the customer service was absolutely amazing!! I felt welcomed in the store and the owner Sunny was an absolute delight to be around. There are hundreds of products to choose from, from delta 8 to candy bars, edibles, etc. The store was clean from top to bottom and overall had a great atmosphere. If your in the Roswell area this is the BEST shop to go to. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

The new owners husband and wife are very rude. They should not be the ones to have been chosen to run the place. The 2 girls sunny and I forgot the other were super nice and nice customer service. You should upgrade not downgrade. I will never return to this location. The wife is a disgrace which she then causes her husband to follow down that path.

Z is the man!! He has worked extremely hard to turn that store around. Great pricing and great selection in vape products. Gonna miss yuh when I move back to Colorado!!
