I had a fantastic experience at the smoke shop thanks to jou jou excellent service. Their product knowledge and friendly demeanor made my visit enjoyable. I appreciate their assistance and will definitely return. if she’s not there, I will not be shopping. Everyone else is trash poor customer service they don’t know anything you they act like you bother them and the music is way too loud. They definitely need to learn how to multitask and they need to be taking a page from out of. Jou jou book keep up the good work girl

Walk into the store and the very friendly staffed greeted me right away. Very nice and clean place with a ton of variety of Delta-8 and Cbd. Staff seemed very knowledgeable about all products I had questions of and even helped me select a good disposable that is smokinnn.

The best smoke shop I have been to ever. Jou is amazing she made me feel welcomed there and knows how to sell the merchandise. I was impressed definitely going to be a permanent customer here

I am beyond furious with World Smoke Shop in Atlanta. My debit and credit cards were stolen and used at this establishment, and when I reached out for assistance, I was met with the most appalling customer service imaginable. I have called multiple times, only to be hung up on repeatedly. I simply need the surveillance footage to complete my police report, but it seems that no one at this place cares about helping a victim of theft. The manager has been completely unresponsive and dismissive of my situation, showing zero concern for the fact that their store was used for fraudulent activity. This is not just negligence—it’s downright irresponsible. If you value your safety and security, I strongly advise you to stay far away from this place. The utter lack of empathy and basic decency here is astonishing.

I just don't like being ripped off. It's more expensive to produce the vapes than the flower, the flower is much more expensive. It's weak, very weak. It looks pretty that's it. It's so painful to go to a smokeshop today it just sucks. They don't even know the difference between indica and sativa, and when they think they do they blurt out things so wrong it almost hurts They get soooo confused and worried when I ask "yeah I'd like whatever sativa dominant you have" This entire experience sucks. And I only buy from my plug where possible. You're like. My emergency last resort smoke. 2 grams from you, is what I pay for 7 grams of better flower.
