Stopped there needing help & not knowing how to begin this method. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be a return customer. So glad I stopped in after 5th Urgent Care trip.

Was a good shop. Went there at least weekly and spent at least 25 to 30$ for quite a while. Talked to the workers a bit every time. Felt like we had rapport. Tried a product in store one time and the flavor was disgusting. They wouldn't swap it out. I get it if I was a random person and had left the store, but I knew the people and had been there a lot. They refused even a flavor swap, let alone a refund. Lost a frequent customer over what probably cost them 15$ or less. Bad customer service. Money hungry.

They had a good selection of various pipes for sale. Prices were reasonable. It seemed like to me, the worker could have been a little friendlier, but then again who knows what kinds of clients they might attract. Nonetheless, you can go wrong when it comes to providing friendly customer service to your customers. I would most likely return and spend a little more time looking while shopping, because I did not have a lot of time to look around when I stopped by today. I can say that their location is certainly in a good spot right near the freeway, which is why I decided to try this location.

They're rude as hell. I carry a service dog and get refused service and treated badly. On top of it as I'm looking around and being harassed by the worker. The other worker is trying to fight the other customer for no reason. Horrible customer service and just around off putting. I'd say go somewhere and feel God about spending you money.
