Hands down the best vape shop in Brooklyn. The owner, Ellie, was amazing, and after explaining what I was looking for, gave me something better. I was hesitant, but she reassured me. She was right! Ellie, you have a repeat customer here. I slept like a baby with no pain. Thank you!!

I absolutely love smoke is cave unlike the other smoke shops around they cater to neighborhood friendly people I assume they are from the neighborhood as well the weekend personnel is just as nice as what you'll receive during the week whether it be from the entrepreneur Eliana showing her skills and love for her job and what she does as well as any other workers that she has there you will never be disappointed if you're looking for good quality customer service as well as good products I would definitely stick with them I must say they embrace my service dog they keep her busy the gentleman as well as the young lady personalities I can definitely vibe with I think you will be able to too

Super chill very professional and they know their stuff! Been coming here just about 7 yrs now. The owner is high key AMAZING! and the worker their looks like a Russian ninja. Oh yeah… he even speaks русский “Highly knowledgeable”… Stop in and say “HIGH” you won’t regret it! ✌️💨 ❤️

What an amazing experience that I had coming to this shop. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Al, super friendly demeanor and delivered strong customer service right off the bat. This review is for him because of his patience! He spent 2 hours and change to help a newcomer find the perfect first experience. He is focused on customer satisfaction and that is key in any business. He is passionate about vapes and clearly knowledgeable on its mechanisms. Even after I decided on what I wanted to buy, we kicked back and chilled for a good hour just jabbering. I had the chance to see his interactions with long time customers and even new customers like me within the 2 hours, asking questions and he just delivered every time. I just bought a brand new vape battery from this store. I took it to my car and attempted to charge it, and it didn’t charge on 3 different chargers. I went back to the store within the same 15 minutes to return the defective item, and the same clerk who sold it to me refused, and told me to go on the Vape company’s website to file a warranty there. They forced me to keep the defective item that they had just sold me 15 min prior!
