Im a pretty frequent customer for a little over a year and I have yet to leave a review. I just want to say, this is an ABSOLUTELY GLOWING review! It was about 30 minutes till close last time we went. This was where my husband and I ran into an issue the last time we were there. The older female employee behind the counter stated she “couldn’t mix the house flavors” when I asked her to make the sour green apple house flavor more sour. Ive been going here for over a year now, and I know most of the employees know how to mix flavors. So, I wasnt mad when she said she couldnt do it, Maybe shes new. However, I did leave feeling a disappointed, about it. My husband went back to try and fix my disappointment about 30 minutes before close on 2/28/24. Where he met Jordan behind the counter Jordan has absolutely amazing customer service skills. He had my husband call me so he could verbally hear what I wanted flavor wise. Which was really nice. Jordan was patient, polite, and quick to help us! He was really a delight to talk to! Love this company, yall are great! Thanks for continuing to make vape flavors and art! Sarah Sottile
