My other local go to smoke shop. Class act. 2 miles from my house. Talked to Kim 6-3-2018 very helpful answered my ?'s about regular pipe tobacco. Their in process of remodeling the store. Kudos ,wtg , refresh , renew the store .Yall been here long time b 4 2000 I think . Ok nxt kudo goes to Daniel and Crystal (givem a raise) good customer service skills . He answered my questions . thx. Great people here . Purchased a box of quick fix with uncertainty because I was not sure if I needed it. An employee told me to bring it back the same day if I didn't need it as long as it was sealed I would be okay. I came back with the receipt and the product the same day. It was untouched and the shop did nothing. They lied in order to make a sale from me. Don't shop here because they don't know what customer satisfaction or service means.

I went in the store today for the first time. Upon getting home i opened the packaging and saw that the item I bought was broken. I called the store and talked to three different people who all told me they won't exchange the item. The store was set up perfect. Everything was easy to find. Staff was wonderful & helpful in store. Ill be back, but really upset about their no exchange policy.

Every time I visit, I'm provided with fantastic customer service. Mary is courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. This is the best place for glass pipes and accessories in the area that I've been to, and I've been to many.
