I stopped in the other day because I was closer to this location. I did not buy anything because the prices were way too high! One of the cigars that I get for $10.50 was almost $17 at this location. Also the wraps that I get that are normally $1.09 or $1.69 here. The prices are way too high. You can do better anywhere else.

Never had a problem until today 4/11/2024. The older owner made a mistake with the lottery tickets, I didn’t take it to heart, it was an honest mistake. But he got frustrated and rude and still tried to charge me for the tickets I didn’t ask for. Then didn’t try to correct the issue, he told me to use the lottery machine and walked away from me saying” he lost money on these tickets “. I wasn’t rude to him, but I won’t be coming back. If you can’t handle working the counter then let someone else do it. The worst

Smokin’ Zone is great. I can always find what I need. Neal and his dad are awesome people. They are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. They greet you with a smile every time.

This place is the best man. I was having issues with a product I bought. One of the owners was kind enough to evaluate my problem and help me fix it. They are really kind hearted people and that’s one of the many reasons I love going there frequently
