Slick was so helpful! He was very sweet and helped us pick exactly what we were looking for! I have been in here 5 times and every time he is here. I see him help other people and he is very personable and helps everyone throughly even if he is busy. He is very patient with his customers!! He deserves a raise!!!

Slick is the best there is. Best shop in Smyrna. Came in clueless as could be and he helped me find the exact product I needed but didn’t over charge me or tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need. He will definitely take good care of you!

My recent visit to Smyrna Smoke and Vape left me with mixed feelings. At first glance, the store appeared inviting with its tidy and spacious interior, exceeding my expectations. However, as I delved deeper into my shopping experience, certain aspects left much to be desired. I had hoped to find products from Delta Extrax or Exodus, but unfortunately, they were not available. The sales associate swiftly suggested alternatives, but I hesitated, preferring to research unfamiliar brands before making a purchase. Additionally, I found the prices of the available products to be on the higher end, which was worth noting. While exploring the store for other items, such as glass pieces and vapes for my girlfriend, I decided to take some pictures to show her later and to provide a comprehensive review of the store. However, my actions were met with hostility from the sales associate, who reacted rudely and questioned my motives for taking photos of the merchandise. This unexpected confrontation left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, my experience at Smyrna Smoke and Vape was a mixed bag. While the store itself was well-organized and spacious, the lack of certain products, high prices, and unpleasant encounter with the sales associate tarnished my impression. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this establishment due to the poor customer service I encountered.
