I have been using Soap Korner for at least 6 years. The quality is very consistent. The price is very affordable with using your points or coupon codes. Always a good deals going on. Have tried other places but always come back to Soap Korner because they are the BEST!!

Absolutely the best quality tea available on the internet! I have been a connoisseur of the K tea for almost a decade and I have say these guys have the freshest most effective tea I’ve ever tried. Reasonable prices and high ALK content you really can’t beat it!

SK is a leader in the world of botanicals. The products are everything that they should be (and more). They are transitioning towards packaging in colored plastic bottles (without raising prices), and have some new offerings recently. Prices are very reasonable, payments are via the standard methods, they have a loyalty program, and often have promo codes.
The owner is a legitimately good person. He monitors online support boards that are NOT aimed at creating his own sales, but to help educate & support the community.

Customer Service lacks simple customer service skills like answering a question, being polite to a regular, etc. Doing the math, I've spent enough online here since April 2023 to cover a 38 hour week paycheck for someone. The response I got from a manager, was more concerned over their shipping costs and their employee's feelings than the issue. The issue was simple. I got an email with no *Exceptions message but explicitly said free priority shipping over $25. I didn't need more. But i figured it's free shipping and I had some points so let's use the deal. You add almost $9 of points to your order, free shipping disappears. $8.99 for priority shipping. You take it off, oh it's back. So essentially, no free shipping for a regular customer. Not a huge deal. But what is a big deal is when you ask a question and get blown off or when the employer acts like their costs are your problem as the customer. I received excuse after excuse for why I received the responses I did. First, it was to cover the costs because no one else has pricing like them, so they'd go out of business if they didn't do things like that apparently. When I clarified that I wasn't looking for a handout as they believed I was off the responses received, and was just looking for a polite answer to the concerns and honesty, it went to the employee shouldnt feel like they did something wrong when they did in this paying customers experience. This is the customer service employee btw, not marketing or security guard or anything like that. Customer Service. And the manager thinks they did not do anything wrong by blowing off a regular customer with a question about a sale and points. As anyone out there knows, when you get blown off by someone you give money to, it's bothersome. When the person who runs the business defends that behavior, even moreso. To find that other people have had issues, not with the product or pricing, but customer service over the years, doesn't surprise me. To all those who consistently give your $ to them, best of luck to you and hope you never have a question because they'll make you want to spend more out of spite with a competitor. I'm from Virginia so maybe I expect a little more courtesy than is normal out in Colorado, but i figured customer service should be about the same across the board, especially with a regular customer who typically orders your largest amount available and routinely. I haven't decided if I'll continue shopping here or not in the future. I'm curious if this will be ignored or defended as they have negative reviews in the past.
The only thing that has to happen is for pride to be set aside. I paid enough for that for a 5 minute online interaction. And since this has led to me spending more time on it than needed when I was ready to buy, reconcile that. If you cannot, I'd rather spend $50 elsewhere for the same product. You aren't the only ones in the world with good pricing and to act like you are is foolish. To deflect and defend, unacceptable. To make excuse after excuse and claim it wasn't your intent, unacceptable. Anyone who has ever tried using those anywhere other than a conversation, could confirm those are unacceptable responses to every party other than yourself or someone who cares how they get talked to by people they give $ to.
All pretty reasonable in my opinion and I think other paying regulars, at least where I'm from, would agree.
