Was a long time customer that was in weekly. Went in and paid $30 for a cbd cart. I left and put it in my pen, and it was defective. I walked back in only 5 minutes after buying to exchange for a working one. I was told "all sale are final, no refunds". So apparently it is ok to sell defective products. I will never shop here again and I will be reporting them to the city, state and for selling defective products. This was not the first time I was sold a defective vape product here! Shame they could not make it right and exchange. Now he will lose more return business than his $10 profit in this case... sad.

Owner is extremely nice and helpful. Great guy to interact with. Highly recommend his shop and his service! My husband and I will be stopping in every time we come to this area!

Gentleman behind the counter ID'd my wife who was with me while I was looking around. So of course I laugh because she is older than myself. He explained that it is a tobacco store and needed ID I then offered mine and he said he didn't need it. If you aren't in a pinch I would look somewhere else due to the rude condescending attitude to the gentleman behind the counter.

I advise you not to come here ever Because i Came in to get a vape and sum wraps right away the store employee was super rude and asked for ID gave him my ID nicely wasn't rude at all until he kept saying you don't like how I do business you can leave and sum more stuff i cant Remember what else he said hopefully the store owner will watch the video because I didn't yell or lose my temper until he kicked us out for literally no reason I was about to spend $120 in there but he said we had to go I will never be coming here again I know alot of people in Woodbury and Oakdale I will make sure they know how rude and unprofessional your employees are and if you were the store owner you need help I really felt like he was Racist

Don’t waste your time or your money most rudest person ever I am 31 years old and this guy who works here. The older guy from Israel has to be the most rudest person I’ve ever met in my life for no reason at all. He shouts he’s rude and he says things he shouldn’t say his stuff is overpriced and he gets upset when you ask him questions about the product experience if I could give him a negative star I would.
