I purchased a Hyde disposable on the way to work last night. The product started engaging on its own and spitting juice. I put it back in the tin can afraid that it would overheat the battery. I returned to the store today and was told that they would not refund me the $16 or exchange the product. I have been a faithful Stateline customer for years. I have spent thousands of dollars with them. I will not be returning to Stateline again. I am disappointed in the customer service.

Friendly staff. I’ve never had any issues until today. Spent $25 on a Barney’s Botanicals delta8 disposable pen; opened it soon as I got home & I tried it, & it immediately starts blinking as if it’s out, even though it’s BRAND NEW. They don’t do returns or exchanges (which I expected) My advice would be to not buy any Barney’s Botanicals from them. There’s no telling how many duds they are selling to people.

Had awesome experience here few months ago when stopped in to get a vape. Didn’t have one I’d been using that I usually grabbed at the gas station. The lady working helped me find another one I loved and she was awesome so have only been going to this vape store. Been there few times since and been ok but today went in and customer service was horrible. Will never go back

Great place to buy my vapes, I shop here and Tiffany usually helps me. Tiffany has been helpful, knowledgeable and honest when helping me decide on a vape or new flavors, she seems to know all the flavors. Vaping has helped me quit smoking cigarettes and I vape very little so I do appreciate someone and a business willing to assist me into the unknown! Thanks for all the help! I always open and try out my products in front of staff before leaving the premises so I don't come up short with a lemon.
