Loved this smoke shop until today. Guy behind the counter seemed completely bothered that I asked a question about something I wanted to purchase. Went down the street to ASTRO and got great customer service. Asked the same question and the girl was very knowledgeable and unbothered.

Came here for a replacement piece, guy behind the counter seemed nice, talked up some pieces, but I eventually just told him I knew what I needed. Saw the price and was glad it was cheap. Long story short didn’t need it and came back to return it since only a day passed and wasn’t used. Come to find out I was charged a little more than double the sticker price! Why?? Apparently guy was one of the owners?? Awaiting for my full refund as we speak and will be in contact, cuz that’s some bull$@!?. Worst experience ever.

I visited this store because I left my mod at home and just needed something to get me through the day. Also because we share a similar business name. My business is STELLAR HOME REPAIR and of course there’s is stellar smoke shop. They have a great selection of pretty much everything you could need for any type of smoking and the person that was working,I didn’t catch her name but she was super friendly and very helpful. Great place I totally recommend

By far, it is the best smoke shop I have been to in town. Clean and well stocked. They always have what I'm looking for and are the most knowledgeable staff I have seen at any shop in Tucson. I have a smoke shop walking distance from my house, and I drive to Stellar for a reason.
