I’ve been working here for a few months and I love this job. The owners do a good job creating a great workplace with good energy and vibes. The customers are almost always friendly and share the same good vibes. I feel empowered and incentivized to deliver the best customer service experience that I can!

First time going to this location and Ricky was so helpful, friendly, outgoing, and courteous! He was very very knowledgeable. My husband and I enjoyed our visit and will be back!!! Also it was so awesome that there was a prize wheel for a certain limit spent plus samples to learn and try new things that can help us. It shows this location truly care about their customers and what they do ❤️

First time stopping in and they were pretty busy. I have to say they have THE BEST most patient level of customer service I've ever seen in the two very sweet women that were running the counter and ringing up purchases. I wasn't sure what I wanted and felt like I was taking forever. (I did step aside though-I'm not 'that guy' who holds up the line of customers!) The girl that helped me was so nice and very knowledgeable about inventory, sales and what's what. I was thankful because I wasn't sure of all the flavors in the product line of vapes I was purchasing so even asked her with the third pick - which one sells most? She laughed and told me. Sold. The shop itself is something I want to explore when I have more time. I wasn't expecting it to be such an "experience". I haven't been to that complex in years and it's always been kind of dead, but things change and Strange Cloudz is one I can say with certainty will be here to stay. They have it all and they manage to package it with a smile and helpful recommendation, even with the crazy customers like me stare obliviously at the choices stocked full on the shelf. If you don't know or aren't sure - ask! They'll answer.

I've been coming here since they first started in a small shop on Belcher 5 years or so ago and then moved to the bigger shop on Belcher and ulmerton. I absolutely love the products and most of the people that work there. I know Justin the owner when he was the one that was managing the very first one on Belcher by himself day in and day out. My only complaint is one specific person that's always consistently rude to me every time I come in. I'm always very pleasant and respectful to every person that works there. Im still willing to continue to come in there but I want to make it known publicly that you really shouldn't be rude to people that have been a loyal customer since the very beginning. I spent a lot of money there and the only thing I feel entitled to is the respect that I walk in with. Its bad business, and if I continue to be treated in a rude manner I will find another place to spend my money and be loyal too. I'm giving three stars and hopefully there's some type of acknowledgment and more than just something that sounds good as a response.

Always go to here. This is the best smoke shop in town. Liam is always the best help. I always look/go to him because he already knows I’m going to need help, lol. ( Unless I’m just re-upping on coils or something )I never know what I’m doing or talking about but he always leads me in the right direction. He knows everything about everything in that store and they have everything The Kratom Bars awesome. all the staff is very friendly.
