Just a very friendly and helpful store. All the people who work there are just down to earth and very nice. Prices are reasonable and they have a discount card where you purchase 10 things , get stamps, then get 10% off your next visit. Every dollar counts.

Amazing staff members. They had everything that I needed (a new vape mod, batteries, and a battery charger) at really reasonable prices. Nala makes the experience perfect!

Terrible customer service on the phone. I asked a simple question, if they had what I was looking for, and they told me if I wanted to buy something to come in. Pretty rude. I bet the shop has a variety but the workers seem like they rather be anywhere else. When I called back, they hung up on me, twice.

been coming here for my vape juice bc they’re one of the few places that carry it so i went to them to get a new vape when mine broke. the guy was super nice and helpful and i was in and out very quickly and i love the vape he suggested. best vape shop around hands down

I've been a patron at this store since it was formally known as blackwolf man cigar shop and I continued to be a regular customer after the change on ownership and everything else that followed. After today, 12/11/17 I'm done with this store. I recently purchased a blowtorch for my concentrate oil rig(which I bought there as well) and the lady that owned the place recommend the more expensive model saying the less expensive one doesn't work as well and more people return that model to upgrade to the better one. They've never really treated me wrong before so I went for it. Not even two weeks later, the ignitor just stops working, and if you try to light it, the gas just gets stuck and stays on. So I went back with the plastic covering the blowtorch came in because the lady that sold it to me explained theres a lifetime warranty with the product but you need to have the plastic packaging it came in. I made sure to keep it just in case anything happen. Good thing I did because something did happen. Well I took it back today to just exchange it for the same torch so they could send the faulty one back to the manufacturer so they could be reimbursed. They basically told me it's my problem now. Completely different from what the owner told me. Even though I purchase a $120 rig, the $50 torch and some other little items that I needed at the time, they just want to stiff you and take your money. Customer service is none exsitant at this store. Any other smoke shop wouldve easily jumped and took back the faulty torch and gave me a new one. The store would then send the faulty torch to the manufacturer and recieved another for free. No one would have had to put out any more money that what was already agreed on, but no. There's also no point to check this place out if youre looking for any kind of glass, they have none, once again. Doesn't really matter there are several other stores in the area, some have a little higher prices but you can always negotionate to get the same price or a better one than you would at sunshine.
