The one time I needed help finding an item nobody bothered to ask me for help. The manager was sitting idle by the registers. When I checked out I wasn’t asked for my member number, isn’t that the point?

This place is absolutely wonderful. First off the employees are normal people with normal body types, not these juiced up gorilla's that push unnecessary items at you. They are super chill and very knowledgeable. Secondly, the stock is AMAZING!!! GNC, New Seasons, and whole foods ain't got nothin on these guys. I found stuff that is absolutely no where else but they have it. Last but not least the prices and return/exchange policy are extremely fair and better priced than anyone else I have seen. They have a free membership program, offering up the usual discounts and promos and they even deliver also offering a discount on the delivery order. I live almost an hour away from the tanasbourn location in Vernonia and they still deliver to me. Give this place a try you will not at all be disappointed. 100% loyal customer.

This place had all my needs, from vitamins to healthy alternative products. Came here for some non fluoride toothpaste and left with other items I needed at a very decent price. Staff is nice and helpful. Parking can sometimes get hectic due to a Starbucks drive thru next door.

Aaron was so helpful. Tons of knowledge, friendly demeanor, while not being pushy. Bought some extra stuff while I was there due to having such a great experience. Highly recommend this store, and working with Aaron.

I went to this location for the time recently. I have a fairly recent condition that I don't want to use medication for and much prefer to use supplements. From cruising Reddit, I already had an idea what I needed, but still wanted someone to ask for advice and what other customers have said worked best. Connor helped me. He was super polite, respectful, didn't push any sales on me (I can't stand high pressure sales), answered all of my questions, gave me feedback from other customers, and never rushed me. Exactly the service I wanted. Location is a little strange, I drove right past the driveway even following my GPS. Connor said that happens all the time. Store was very clean, well organized, nice displays, and I was immediately greeted walking in. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I found the prices a little on the high side, but it's retail and not Amazon, otherwise, everything was great.
