Just shopped at Surterra for the first time, I was greeted and helped by Cliff, incredibly informative and helpful! I got a ton of great strains, got some information to take home and a journal to document my strains, I've tried 2 out of the 6 things I purchased, absolutely phenomenal. He had great recommendations and incite and was very friendly! :) my go to shop now

Came in yesterday and had Jesse as my budtender, super nice guy, he could see I am mainly a flower smoker and that I was purchasing distillate carts (which I mainly get for the smoke on the go convenience and were honestly my go to carts just due to the cheap price) he suggested the lemon zest full spectrum cart and took his time to explain the difference between the two, how they are made, every detail, he took his time and was extremely knowledgeable, went home and tried, wow! What a difference, full body flower high and NO anxiety, definitely opened my eyes to different options. Thank you Jesse!

My first time purchasing from Surterra in Bonita springs. I had the pleasure of having Estelle help me today. She answered any questions I had and helped me with some questions I’ve never asked before but was curious about. Estelle was very friendly, patient, and helped with some recommendations. The overall staff was very pleasant and nice.

Amazing staff amazing products and unbelievable first purchase discount Today was my first visit and I can not remember who helped me but he was a tall man brown hair beard middle register with a coachella shirt on. Anyways this was the best experience I have ever had. He is the first to listen to my needs and match me products and explain things to me without making me feel like a complete idiot or annoyance due to all my questions. Just smoked the grand daddy indica and I feel amazing. Relaxed uplifted and zero anxiety. Even most indicas give me anxiety at the start but this was perfect.

Nice place to get all your CBD and hemp products. I like how you can order online and get it delivered to your home or you can place an order and pick it up at the store. Staff are friendly and patient and ready to explain and answer any questions you may have. I actually used to go to a different dispensary and my doctor recommended this one and I can safely say that their products are definitely better quality than other stores.
