The 'owner' kid needs to work on his manners. I arrived a little early (before they opened) and got out of my car when employees were entering building, a kid on a moped rolled up to me staring me down, and told me he was the owner. He told me this was his business and I can't park there.... Well, ok. I'll take my business to Curaleaf from now on.

Great dispensary with knowledgeable, personable, and overall great employees. Always super quick service and they even offer informational lectures on their products and marijuana in general (which they provide great product related rewards and discounts just for attending said short interesting class). My only complaint which honestly is minor considering their overall great deals is the military discount not being stackable with sales on product. Overall the great employees, good prices and prompt service along with added perks like the classes make Surterra my personal dispensary of choice!

Made my first purchase here the day I got approved, I’ll never go back in a surterra again. I spent over 100$ because they had a deal you get a free vape. Never got the free vape was told they don’t do that. That’s no big deal the biggest issue I have was the medication quality. It was horrible, I’ve had better medication from the inside of a tire. I do not recommend Surterra. Not sure why they responded for me to email as they have not yet responded to my original email when I made purchase and still haven’t responded to follow up email from review response.

Their online order + prepay features are always working and super convenient for me. Im unable to prepay at trulieve or curaleaf. Pk Trophy and Garlic fusion are my faves. Bigger selection of cbd:thc carts when in stock.
