This is the most perfect place! They are dog-friendly (and even offered our pup water, which was so kind). The person who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, easygoing, and helpful. I absolutely love the concept, everything is fairly priced considering the quality. I also love that they feature a lot of other brands that center sustainability. They certainly made customers for life with my family.

The staff is so helpful, I love coming to this store. The glass items are really good quality. I like using them for my juices and water. I’m excited to try the store goods soon: tea, soap etc.

I love Sustain LA and wish there were more stores like it around. Sustainability and a low waste/non toxic lifestyle are very important to me and this store helps me achieve those goals. My last visit was super pleasant. Elena, the employee on duty at time, was welcoming, helpful, and very patient with me. She answered all of my questions and made me confident about the products I decided to purchase. The place is well kept and they have a ton of amazing products for the eco-conscious consumer. I love this shop. I come here to refill my basics: shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, hand wash and body lotion. It’s all high quality and smells great. And, every time I come, I find another little well-crafted treasure like a wooden scoop that make my everyday more beautiful and elevated.
