Pros: The store is very clean. Good selection of quality vapor products. They also sell Kratom and other beverages that are good. Never let me down with product. Cons: Outside of the tall blonde guy, the service is terrible. There is ALWAYS some sort of sarcasm in every answer. My stomach gets in knots when I go in there. No offense, but they either need new jobs (like a morgue) or an intensive customer service course. I looked at my bank statement. In total, I have spent over $4,0000 in the years shopping there. They need to remember that WE the customer pay their wages. I found what I need at another store and will not be spending another dime. Great store if you do not require any customer service.

High quality products with even higher quality service. Stopped by while I was out of town to drink some home brewed kava and kratom, and had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mike, very welcoming dude that sets a comfortable and positive environment. Highly recommend this place.

Initially I was seeking guidance to alleviate my anxiety, and despite my unfamiliarity with Kava & Kratom, not only has Mike continuously provided invaluable insights of the applications into their products, but every interaction is filled with cheerful wit and a positivity that never fails to brighten my day. Dave and Warren, the employees, exude infectious good vibes, and I've quickly come to consider them, along with other patrons, to be people I would call my friends.
