I’ve been going here probably five years. I’ve never met a kind or considerate employee there. They act as if you do not exist. I have never ever had a decent experience in there. They seem to be put out to help you. Or they just absolutely hate your guts one of the two. They just don’t want to be bothered. Perhaps they’re all stoned.

Very friendly and informative staff. Supportive for newbies and educated in all the culture knowledge. When it's busy you wouldn't know it because they handle business without letting you feel ignored. I had an on going conversation of probably 45 minutes that covered many relevant topics and 10 customers were serviced without delay. Awesome staff, great management, amazing merchandise. My favorite shop.

*wont be coming back* I drive from the other side of San Antonio just to get the custard monster butterscotch juice here. This past Friday I purchased this same juice I always buy & the First time I put it in my vape it had a HORRIBLE taste to it & just one hit from my vape and it was hurting my throat. I had to empty my vape & I assumed it was expired or something and when I came Monday to try and exchange it atleast, the owner/boss was called and said it wouldn’t be expired & gave no options to exchange it for another or a different flavor either. I explained to the sales guy I can tell there’s something wrong with it just by putting a drop on my finger and licking it. So I will definitely not be purchasing anything else from here again. I get the rule they all seem to have once you leave you can’t bring it back but there’s no way to know it’s bad until you use it. And I’m sorry but $$ doesn’t grow on trees for me so I’ll spend it somewhere I won’t get a juice that’s OBVIOUSLY got something wrong with it. I realize there’s ppl that could lie about this but flip side this is a great way from vape shops to make easy money selling bad juices knowing we will have to buy more. Well not from here I won’t spend another dime!
