The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, kind and able to expertly hold your hand as you explore your many options toward wholeness, health and healing. It is also the perfect place to schedule an appointment for cranio-sacral massage. My practitioner, Christine, is a wonder in compassion and skill. She is the epitome of a true healer. I always leave my sessions feeling 100% met physically, spiritually and emotionally. So much transformation happens in those 60 minutes! HIGHLY recommended modality and practitioner.

I am astounded! I have had bouts with vertigo for several months now, and Dr. Skefich suggested I use the VibesUp around my head. Today was one of those days. Within 10 minutes, my vertigo was gone and my energy was in full force! Just to test the it, I took off the VibesUp product and the vertigo immediately returned. If I did not have my own personal experience I would not have believed it! Oh and the price, the price is so much more affordable at The Better Energy Shop vs. online. Take a look at this product. I love this shop for a quick gift to give and when I need a supplement or two. I don't have to wait in line at the bigger grocery/nutrition markets. I've also found it to be a great shop to find a gift to support a loved one's health and they carry unique energy products. It was great to be able to see the spectrum of Doterra oils in one place and on hand. This shop also has very cost effective samples of Doterra for about $3. In addition there is a wide variety of supplements, healings, energy clearing essentials, orgonite pyramids, and the place smells so good and has such a calm energy!!! Dr. Skefich also took the time to create a write up for many of the supplements they carry which helped me to better understand how they integrate and support our systems. Her craniosacral therapy office is also located in the building and they stock the high end Standard Process supplements. Dr. Skefich is sometimes also available to help you select the right products. The staff has always been super helpful at each visit.

There’s so much to discover and try at The Better Energy Shop, from essential oils (almost all of DoTerra’s collection), natural supplements to gems and healing stones, the store is so thoughtfully curated you can’t help to feel tuned in to your body, mind and soul. We find joy, refuge and solace every time we visit after seeing our chiropractor, next door, for our cranial sacral therapy, whatever mood, and however we feel there’s always something ready to welcome us here. Go by, step in when you find yourself around Capitola and/or Santa Cruz.
