This location (84th and Dodge) is never open. Sign says Open but there’s always a handwritten sign saying the budtender is at a different location. Giant inconvenience.

They shorted me on my purchase, then blamed my niece who picked it up for me. Screw that. I ain't wasting money here anymore. If you can't weigh it out right, if you're just gonna sit and ignore the customer after handing them a bag, you have no business in retail. Period. And I spend a lot on weed. Lost my business for good. Taking my money elsewhere.

there was a girl working when I went in, had a attitude not friendly at all. terrible customer service, and I go to the cannabis factory a lot just never this one.

I posted earlier on this store's location in Bellevue, NE. This location is no different. This company needs to give a Ted Talk on what customer service is and how to effectively deliver it! ALL of their staff are exceptional! It's extremely hard to impress me, but this store not only managed to do just that, they managed to do it in 2 different locations, and with 2 different groups of staff! Bravo! You guys don't just have a repeat customer, but you've got free word of mouth advertising PLUS my Google reviews!
