Purchased a disposable Hemp Pen while I was in Houston then drove back to Austin and the Hemp Pen I purchased was DEFECTIVE. The rep stated that it was probably a defective battery. So, I ask if I could mail the $43.30 pen back for an exchange and they weren't willing to exchange their defective merch. via mail. So, the moral of the stories is to stay away from The CBD Apothecary if your not from the Houston area. There customer service sucks.

I have been a customer for about a month now, it is close to my job and I love the ambiance. The staff is always friendly but today I had a bad experience. Switching prices in front of the customer is super shady. Especially when I purchased that same item before. Wasted my time and lost a customer over 15 more dollars. Which, I could get for half the price online. All so shady.
