Complete hack. Impossible to find. Called to find the entrance but it’s appointment only. As other reviews said, they always seem to be “fully booked” but will meet you on the street in front of a McDonald’s. Total was 78.40, gave a $100, only got $12 back after they had to go buy themselves McDonald’s in order to get me change (i couldn’t make this up if my life depended on it lol) Product was ineffective (as other reviews have also said). Product had no testing or govt labels (I’m from CA so maybe that’s just there?). The blatant trademark infringement on the edibles should have been my first warning of their legitimacy. Buyer beware.

The product I bought was lacking in effectiveness and that was a pretty big bummer because of how hard the business was to find due to a lack of signs and unclear instructions. However, once I did get an order placed(at this point in time you have to do it online or reserve a time to go in person) their service was great and everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful

I had a bad experience, I’m not from DC however I live in VA. I smoke to sleep for the most part, not a all day smoker. That being sad I’m experienced I have been smoking flower since I was 15 I’m now 37. I said all of that to say, this is the worse flower I have ever purchased and it wasn’t the bottom self according to the website. It even looked like two separate strains. And to add insult to injury I called to let them know about my experience, they couldn’t help me at all!!!

These guys are superb!! I purchased a cartridge and a battery from them literally minutes before they closed for the evening, and they still got me my goods in time for pick up!! Unfortunately I had a faulty battery, but I contacted them the next day to work it out and we had it resolved by the end of the night! Their support staff is very understanding and helpful, but their email address was different from the one listed on the website, so keep that in mind when contacting them about a concern you have. It's a little pricey, but I'm used to Cali prices. I recommend popping over here if you need a last minute purchase if you're in the area and got the late night fiending feeling 😎

Great customer service. I called in and the associate walked me through their website and recommended different edibles to me. She was texting me and willing to answer any questions. The options this place for edibles are so amazing I wanted to try it all!
