The Georgia Hemp Company & CBD

I have been a loyal customer for years and they just took away the 20 percent discount for 5 or more items. Time to start looking for other places to purchase. It's sad the staff are great but the owners got greedy.

I recently ordered two bottles of the CBD/CBN gummies; they were on sale for $35/bottle. I was excited to try this new (to me) product; I am looking for a sleep aid, not gummies to make me high. When the gummies arrived they had expired according to the date on the bottles. After I emailed the returns department someone got back to me and said they would issue a refund. I was in no hurry to get the gummies and asked that they not issue a refund, just send me the product when it's available. The person said they had already issued a refund (and they had), but when I requested if I could buy the CBD/CBN when it's available, at the same price, he never got back with me. But I "can keep the expired ones for my inconvenience". I've tried them twice and they don't work. I wonder if it's because they are expired! I've always had a good experience with GA Hemp until this time around.

Their employees made me so uncomfortable . I came in to get one thing. I needed to relax so I can process what I’ve been dealing with. I’m not a vice or supplement individual, they were so pushy and made me extremely uncomfortable. I told them it was more than likely going to be a one time thing. They were saying “you’ll be back” and making jokes. Not everyone that comes in is for entertainment purposes. Ridiculous. I will never support this company again. Update: I want you guys to see the response. They ignored the fact I said this was a ONE TIME THING and I DO NKT WANT TO BUILD NEGATIVE HABITS and they are still mentioning coming to “for something that fits”. They express this aids for anxiety and depression. Anything you use outside of yourself will always fail you. It’s suppose to supplement not become your way of coping. Even if it was decided to com back again allow me the decision. Don’t force me “to tell you how you like the product when you’re back”, when I said blatantly several times that I do not want to build bad habits to the employees. I would encourage everyone to go elsewhere. Bad business, it’s definitely profit over people.

Michael was super nice and helped me out. Clean, bright shop, a little weird to find with GPS since it's on the back lower side of the shopping center. Easy adequate amount of parking. The big empty space in the center of their retail storage felt odd but overall my experience was positive and is totally go back again!

Knowledgeable staff. They answer all questions and don't try to hard sell you on anything. A special shout-out to Michael. You always know just what to recommend. I will definitely be back.
