since New management in quality has gone down on customer service i was over charged when i went back to correct the problem they were rude figured out they had overcharged me checked their inventory said they did have an extra one i go back another day to find out they banned me saying i tried to scam..... *edit.... since the issue happened changes were made with management..... I've always felt welcomed and comfortable with the staff it was an unpleasant experience but i have been back and the new manager had a good head on her shoulders looking forward to our continued business ☺️

The two girls working today were incredibly cold. The girl with the grown out roots shot dirty looks in our direction, and there was a complete lack of professionalism and quality customer service. They gave us the wrong strain that we had asked for, and most importantly- failed to check our ID’s. I left really unhappy, this is the first bad experience I’ve had with a dispo in Anchorage!
