This will be my 3rd year with them today I have to renew my medical card with them at 4:30 but I have to tell ya I have no idea why people can ever say anything bad about them . They have always helped me out when ever I needed help . So I'm happy. Be calling u guys at 4:30. Oh yeah and I can do it over phone so that's a huge plus. So yesterday I did my appt 2 1/2 hours early and 5 mins later I'm done thank u can't wait to spend coupons the best time of year

The doctor is very rude and not very helpful Also this is the 2nd time I renewed my registration (paid in full early) and each time they tell me it will roll over on the date. And it DOESN'T and I have to wait to use my card even though I already paid for it. I think next renewal I'll be looking for a better business to do business with... the one star is only to give a review other then that it would be 0 stars. UPDATE: the secretary is very nice and explained everything to me and fixed it so I'm going to give her 3 stars 🌟

This facility is fantastic after trying to contact Canna Care docs two days in a row with no response and paying twice I decided switch. It was painless simple, cheaper, nicer and after sitting on hold for hours with Canna Care a true pleasure to speak to Whitney a real person who took care of me. I will never go anywhere else now. Thank you so much!!!

I was approved for my medical card here over the summer, after moving to MA. Something went wrong with the delivery of my driver’s license and my pin expired. I have a really busy job which leaves me spent most weeks, and the times I’ve had the energy to call to fix this I haven’t been successful. I’ve called no less than 5 times. The first time they suggested an option that didn’t work, but said to call back if I needed help. Since then I’ve been promised to get a call back (didn’t), or my voicemails have simply been ignored. My doctor here was *lovely* - cannot stress that enough- but apparently the front office has too much going on to get back to me. Bye bye $270. Would like to add that, if you look through all the google reviews, they only respond to the positive ones. All the bad reviews are for the administrative side.
