Honestly the worst customer service ever at this place. One short guy who calls himself GM, doesn't even know anything about products just runs his mouth and has no clue how to talk to customers. Rather go to other smoke shop for better experience.

Bought a chiefn disposable pen and had to try a few that were defective. berry flavors 2, and I got me a proper working one of melon0

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Never have I had a bad experience at this smoke shop. The store is welcoming and clean. The selection of products is very extensive, you are guaranteed to find what you're looking for here. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I live a few blocks away from another smoke shop, yet I always go out of my way to pay these guys a visit. If you're in the area, give them a try, guaranteed you will not be let down.
