I would’ve given five stars , I’ve gone to the vault ever since I’ve gotten my medical card five years ago. All of the employees have always been great with their personal service and their willingness to help people that are truly sick. I’ve gone through many questions with the employees and they have always been willing to help. I suffer with extreme pain, can’t sleep,and also anxiety All of the employees over the years have been great. I give them all five stars, but with the changes that I’m hearing are coming I’m not very happy. I don’t wanna lose this personal service and I think you’ll lose a lot of business. If you take that away, I’ve gone to code. I do not like it. I’ve had rude employees, but they do have one on one service Where you can ask employees questions. before I get sick, I was in retail for 23 years and that one on one service is a big way that you earn your customers you earn those repeat customers it’s sad that everybody wants to go to automated services where there’s no employee contact. It’s all computers. The consumer doesn’t get paid to do the work of an employee. Please don’t take that one on one away from us that need the help with our medication because this is a medication to us and they are like our pharmacist that help us choose the right thing for our needs.

Very good atmosphere, warm budtenders, helpful with any questions or concerns and willing to share advice from others to help you make the best decisions. Very glad they were knowledgeable and patient with us. We had a great time. Definitely will return.

Do not go here they are scamming you . Iv lost store points every time i go here. I have never been able to use my points all year for some reasons or another. And im am looking for any other person or persons that they have done this too also. I already have a lawyer and anyone one of my va friends out there wants to put a stop to their stealing or money.

Lindsey was my budtender again today. I enjoy having budtenders who know me; they will let me know when something that may work for my situation is in the store, and other stuff. Always clean, friendly, and fun!
