The Vitamin Shoppe

Absolutely heartbroken by the experience I had here today. Everywhere I went, there was a staff member right there pretending to fix a shelf or look an item. I purposely moved to different parts of the store to see if I was being followed, and I was. When I brought this up to the male clerk and explained that I felt like I was being profiled, his response was, “I don’t know what to tell you.” So uncomfortable and truly sad.

Best place in the world (hyperbole) they literally have delicious snacks and dope staff. As far as further details on my experience(s) . Health is an instinct. More so even than a "kid in a candy store" aside from normal snacks that are wholesome and blow normal snacks that taste good but leave you craving substance (you get substance with Vitamin Shoppe products) out the water. The prices of are amazing. A place like The Vitamin Shoppe is a "candy store" to the instinct that is health. I could go on for days.

I’m suspicious by nature having once read “Never trust a bargain from a merchant.” That being said I had one of the best customer service experiences from the time my foot entered the Olentangy River Rd. store. I was working from memory of a product I saw favorably reviewed on the Vitamin Shoppe’s website and I was quickly shown where the different products that are similar to it were. Quite frankly when the website said there was only one left, I thought “It’s really just a tactic to get you into the store and it’s really out of stock.” Yes, I am suspicious! In a very polite/low key manner as soon as I walked in, , I was asked what I was looking for and I was taken to an area where products were displayed which had the same ingredients, but only in pill form. I explained that I was looking for a 30 scoop container of the same contents and was walked immediately to the back corner where the helpful gentleman picked it off the shelf after showing me similar options. I was also signed up for a $5.00 discount. This “Modern Mushrooms” supplement made a tasty beverage. It’s cloudy and gloomy today, yet my mood has been elevated such that I am very happy with the product which provided me the lift and focus I was looking for.

The lady with short blonde hair is very disrespectful and I felt racially discriminated and profiling with her . This not a safe environment for minorities. I will always boycott this establishment.

I can't remeber his name, but the guy that works the front desk reccomended some supplements to me that improve my quality of life substantially. I'll keep coming back
