Simply remarkable experience! I have so many dietary restrictions and various nutritional needs with my training. It can be overwhelming for most store employees to help me. However, Brittany and Josh were truly amazing. Vast knowledge, and the highest level of customer service. I was overwhelmed with joy when they directed me to new products that would work EVEN BETTER within my program than what I was already using! I did not even know some of these products were available. Really so excited to integrate these new items! Feels like Christmas! Thank you both so much!

Dropped in to purchase protein, scope out their deals, and utilize some rewards I had. BRITTNEY did a fantastic job, taking all my questions, and directing me to different products that I may have interest in based on my earlier comments to her. After selecting the protein to purchase, she broke out with some great news as she was ringing up the price! In doing a price check with Amazon, the product I was purchasing was at a VERY reduced price due to Amazon prime days being in progress :-) bless you, BRITTNEY!!

I love this store! I went in to buy some hair vitamins, and the helpful store employee talked to me about the different options and was very patient explaining the ingredients and what might work best for me. He added value by giving me an overview of multi vitamins and protein and how they might play a role in my hair and overall health. I had a bad experience buying vitamins on Amazon, and from now on, I plan to source my vitamins at The Vitamin Shoppe, where I feel confident in the quality and the awesome customer service.
