This is the ultimate supplement/health store in the area. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always going the extra mile for their customers. They have even assisted me with carrying larger orders to your car. The selection is extensive, with a mix of name brand and in-house products, which you get a discount on if you become a reward member. . Plus, they frequently run deals and discounts. The owner, who also owns the Kyle location, once set aside some JOCKO Powdered Greens for me since the greens frequently sell out. The team at this store is delightful to interact with, making me a loyal customer for life. I highly recommend this store to everyone!

I'm SO happy New Braunfels has a Vitamin Shoppe. I went in today to the new location for an online order I placed. I was greeted with one of the biggest smiles by a gentleman (I didn't get his name) followed by a "hello, welcome in". As he was helping me, the manager walked out and greeted me. Her name is Felicia. I started asking about the smell of the store and how I loved it. She showed me the diffuser and showed me the scent that I was smelling. She also explained the layout of the store and showed me some other items. The attention I received at today's visit exemplified EXCELLENT customer service. I will most definitely return and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice clean place to purchase supplements at a great price, to come here. You won't be disappointed!! 10 out of 10 most definitely recommend!
