WHY HOURS SAY CLOSED EVERYDAY AND NO SPECIFIC TIMES???

Review for August 11th 2024 11:15AM I’ve been shopping here for years, while I understand that there are rules in place for “price matching,” you also have a competitors (Amazon, GNC, & etc..) All I wanted was “price match” for protein bars and the Manager on duty would not budge. Do you guys really want to lose a customer over $5 loss? Not to mention GNC is across the street, (which should be more an incentive to not have me purchase from them.) I once to enjoyed my experience at Vitamin Shoppe. The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. To me, it seems like there’s something lacking lately. Unless it’s an absolute bargain, I’ll taking my money to GNC inside the Shops at Liberty Place.

Greatest noon human friends from afar! I would just like to leave a WELL deserved review for this store. I ALWAYS have a pleasant “above & beyond-esce” experience at all of the Vitamin Shop locations but today was just exceptional! One of the employees there, wish I got her name, offered to help me carry my belongings to my Uber. So simple & sweet yet impactful! I HOPE Management sees this! 7/5/24 The GIRL WITH THE DRY DREAD-Locks…...Afternoon time……If you don’t like answering questions, when CUSTOMERS WALK IN! Why are u working? Oh for a CHECK! I asked. Where are the probiotics, B12 vitamins…..and asked if they had Centrum 50 for woman, bc I’m almost 50! She DID HELP! But the with an ATTITUDE! That’s how u drive customers away!!! RE-EVALUATE yourself and DO BETTER! The guy helped with me asking if they had Sugar Free Electrolytes.
