Excellent shop for health supplements! Good, name brand energy, and rehydration drinks. They also sell CBD, which most health stores don't sell.

I went to The Vitamin Shoppe today and won’t be going back. I purchased Evening Primrose Oil by Solgar and a bottle of Magnesium Caps by Life Extension. Both were $5.00 more than the online store. When I mentioned the online price in that it was much cheaper, I asked for a price match in which it was granted. I’m so happy I searched the products online before going to the store. Had I not, I would have paid the in store price. At the end of the transaction I was told if I wanted a bag it would cost .50. Jokingly, I smiled and said “you guys are killing me.” The saleswoman (with the baby hairs around her face) said, “I don’t make the rules, I only work here” in a nasty and sarcastic way. Wow, you charged prices that are so far fetch from your online store and you give attitude free of charge. Never again! People, PLEASE SEARCH YOUR PRODUCT(S) ON THE “ONLINE” STORE BEFORE GOING!

I have been in the store quite often and usually the employees are very helpful and very knowledgeable and seem as if they genuinely care about people but I was in there today and there was an older woman that looks like a witch and she was just god-awful and talked down to people and was using car analogies for the body and she was cutting people off and rude, just a horrible horrible person!!!! Hopefully, I never run into her out in public, as I will give her a piece of my mind!

I want to give a shout out to Kim at the Springfield PA store. Kim went out of her way to get me a product that was out of stock in the Springfield store. She was so helpful in finding the products I was looking for to buy. She is an A+ staff member who represents The Vitamin Shoppe with pride. Thanks Kim for all your help.
