5 star service every time , friendly & helpful staff & overall great store. Best vitamin shoppe location I’ve been to in any state

The lady working here was very nice and helpful. She made my shopping experience quick and easy. I went in for probiotics for a friend. I already had an idea of what I was looking for so I didn't ask for any help. When she was informed about what I was looking forward she offered her assistance and informed opinion. It was easy and that feels good.

Cathy, DJ and the whole team at the Ghent Vitamin Shoppe are genuinely really fantastic people! They are ALWAYS helpful and honest and steer me towards products they love or that they think will be up my alley. Despite being a national brand, they bring a sense of community and care to the shop that makes you feel like you’re in a mom and pop business. It’s the sole place where I purchase several products that we buy regularly, partially because they remembered me and the previous products I purchased by my second trip. Not only are they helpful during my visits, but they also are huge supporters of the local small businesses in Norfolk. The shop is clean, well stocked and they always have what I need or tell me when I can expect it or offer alternatives. They always show love, sincerity and a smile so I wanted to return the favor. Thanks for being a positive and community friendly business, especially in a time when great customer service can be hard to find!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Cathy. Not only was she pleasant on the phone but she was absolutely delightful in person. She greeted me and helped me with all my questions and concerns. She made great recommendation and is very passionate about health and wellness, and helping others. Cathy has such a positive attitude and made my visit worthwhile.

Less than 7 to 9 hours ago, I visited this Norfolk Virginia location of The Vitamin Shoppe and fortunately the employee I interacted with for a certain supplement purchase helped me find what I was looking for and helped to enroll me in a free rewards program that they have for customers. I had purchased an Irwin Naturals brand of Forskolin (listed to be a lip-stimulator and fatloss diet supplement) however there are of course other types of supplements that I noticed were inside the Vitamin Shoppe.
