Rude employee, assoc 081696, kept giving me attitude during checkout over my phone number for benefits. He should not be doing customer service with all the attitude of repeating my phone number that he screwed up to begin with. Never returning to this store. Northridge store never a problem.

Rude employees, useless management and carless corporate staff. I've been a customer of this location since it opened. They lost a customer for simply not price matching. This came from Stefanie, the store manager too. She didn't adhere to the price matching policy and even tried to charge me for shipping when we came to an agreement on a store she was OK price matching with. Will report to tie better business bureau for this attempted theft

Ordered 2 cases of Lean Body "Cafe Mocha" RTD through Vitamin Shoppe app for pickup.
Arrived at Vitamin Shoppe (Glendale) within the hour. Customer service was great. Received order and was on my way.

1. For those that don't know, RTD means Ready To Drink.
2. Parking at this particular Vitamin Shoppe location is very limited.
3. When placing an order online or through the app, you have up to 5 days to pickup order.

It's errand day, so I decided to check out The Vitamin Shoppe in Glendale. It's conveniently located across from WholeFoods and the parking was easily accessible. Upon entering the store Armando greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything... I did! Armando not only assisted me with finding the supplement I was looking for, but he educated me on the difference in products and benefits. He was very helpful! Having the additional information I am very confident that the supplement I chose is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Armando for providing great customer service, making sure I was comfortable understanding not only my options, but the difference and benefits too! I appreciate you! Also, thank you Louie for seeing if I needed additional assistance and providing some laughs during checkout. Customer Service trumps everything and I was very pleased with the overall customer service I received. Armando and Louie, keep up the great customer service. I look forward to my next visit.

What an absolute gem of a store. The staff is amazing, kind, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Helya helped me out and she was an absolute treasure, beautiful inside and out. I can tell she loves her job and helping people. Stefanie was also a beautiful soul. I live in Valley Village, but will be driving to Glendale for my vitamins from now on. Helya helping me is worth the drive 100%
