Excellent customer service ! Store representative answered all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed thank you guys!

Tried calling the store 3 separate time to see if they had something in stock with no answer, had to waste my time and gas driving up here for them to be completely out of what I needed. Could’ve saved so much time if someone would have answered the phone!!

I’ve been here 3 times in the last 4 months and the employees treat you as if you are bothering them. I can promise you I will not ever go back to this location. I typically don’t leave bad reviews but after the 3rd time with the same experience I felt like it was time.

Staff has given up. Order online? Sure, no problem. Until your order isn’t addressed for four hours and they sell what you bought to someone else. Used a 20% off code? Alright. But they’ll process your remaining order and leave off that discount. Walk in and stand at the counter waiting to pick up your order? Normal stuff. But not here. Here you’ll get snapped at rudely asking if you need something. The other location is just as bad. Lack of management or just lack of concern. Spend your money where you’re appreciated. This is not that place.

Just came in looking for weight gainer. Ive been in twice and both times the employees are so rude. I reluctantly made an account because they're close to my gym. Id recommend 5 star nutrition, like i said they're close but ill definitely use them as my last stop. I work in customer service and this is far from it 0/5
