The staff there are super helpful and always willing to answer questions. It's also very clean, well organized, and stocked with a large variety of products! The sales are great, too!

This is a typical Vitamin Shoppe. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. They give out samples fairly often which is nice if you like to try new things. They carry many of the big brands so there are always plenty of options for your supplement needs.

I placed a pick up order, the said products were available in store. My card was charged a decent amount, the woman canceled my order but did NOT refund my money or give me store credit to use, so i could atleast pick a different solution. Instead gave me a customer service number. Now I have to wait a week because of holidays with no money refunded and no vitamins. Terrible service with no solution. I will never purchase online again.

It's never quick going in here. That's the only downfall. Between the staff having to jump between the terminal to the tablet for points (for whatever reason, idfk), or a return from a customer in front of you... it's just never an in and out thing. Some of the older staff members like to chit chat a little much for my liking too. I go here because I have to for certain products.

Nice people and helpful. And all the supplement, I need, I find it there.
