I come here frequently and always have a great experience. Today, the two men working had the worst attitudes, laughing with each other, and then annoyed stark expressions when dealing with me, and an attitude.
Makes me not want to shop there, not welcoming at all @10:25 Monday

I work at OU which is close to this location. I visited the shoppe while on a trip to Best Buy. I was impressed with the array of offerings and how well they were laid out. The store was organized and spacious. What I like the most was the sample offerings of the day. The staff was friendly and helpful to explain the effects of magnesium and its help in a deeper sleep. I tried a free sample of CALM that night and it helped a bit with my restless sleep habits. I went back the next day to purchase the product. I have been back as a few as well as of my co-workers to see the new samples and how they might be beneficial. Nice job Vitamin Shoppe

Went there today and the woman Susan who works there is beyond helpful and so nice!! She took her time to help me and answer all of my questions. I will definitely be a regular customer there now! 😊

i did not like the way the sales lady treated us today Aug 2 at 1215 pm It was raining heavily so we just stopped by for a brief shelter and not even 10 minutes she
asked us if we are just taking a shelter I asked her if she ‘s disallowing us to standby
She said we ( there were 2 of us ) might block the door and real customers might be coming
I have a witness that we stood more than a meter away from the door Shes a middle aged woman and i think the only sales lady in the store I was kind of disappointed because i like the products of vitamin shoppe but that lady is kind of rude The store is located in Rochester hills corner barclay circle and rochester street
