30 degrees out, 9:23 am…. I have a quick in and out pick up at this store in Springfield. Locked eyes with the cashier and asked him if it was possible to pick up the order, he points out the hours of the store and says come back in 7 min. I almost begged the guy, but he was adamant and it felt like a pure power trip… being in customer service for over a decade, this left a bad taste in my mouth and is making me think twice next time I want to order my vitamins and from who… very disappointed!

Chris V. was extremely helpful when I went in looking for supplements vitamins and different types of enzymes. It’s hard to find good people like that guy in customer service. I hope he is valued/appreciated because he went out of his way to help me and guide me through each of my listed supplements, and give me a better understanding of what each does. I’ll be back.

It's what makes my wife happy most. They carry all the vitamins and nutritional supplements that she needs. Lucky me -:)

Purchase some vitamins as advised by my doctor. Vitamins from different companies are available. Prices are reasonable.

I purchased a product today and when I got home, I realized the product had expired 17 months ago. I called the store. They said I could return it. I wanted to exchange it for a new bottle, but it turns out almost all of their stock for that item was past expiration. Staff at the store said they hadn’t updated stock in that section yet. They said did not plan to pull the products from the shelf even though they were expired.
