Driving on the beltway (395/95South)and spotted this Vitamin Store; decided to visit! The staff greeted me immediately with a smile and showed me around the store! The store was clean and organized! I was snot to find my vitamins! The check out price did not shock me! I generally buy from GNC. But this store seems like a possible repeat for me now! I like this one!

The young lady literally locked the door as I was walking up. I called to ask if I could please get the 2 items I drove 40 minutes for and she said no. she said the registers were closed as I visually see a guy walk up to the register and get checked out. This is a HUGE disappointment and the level of customer service in this case is unexplainable.

The staff was friendly and helped me find what I needed. They have changed quote a bit from the homeopathic shop to a vitamin store. They are also selling quite a few items now under their own label. So, I had to get their brand of potassium.

Ummmm, please be clear. What time did the employee leave? That would have been helpful, don’t you think? How am I supposed to know how long to wait out when to come back? This shows a real lack of care and concern. Do better. And with reading these other horrible reviews, I won’t return.

This is a must visit if you are a health and fitness enthusiast. I like this particular location not because it’s the closet to me but because they have a wide variety of vitamins and supplements. The store is fully stocked, neat and well organized.I highly recommend.
